Courtney is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience specializing in finance, accounting, human development, and organizational strategies. Motivated by personal circumstances, she founded 4 Her Women’s Network, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and restoring women who have faced significant life challenges by providing vital resources, support, and opportunities for growth.

Courtney holds a Master of Business Administration and is a certified life coach. Through 4 Her Women’s Network, she is passionate about creating safe and empowering spaces where women can heal, connect, and thrive. Courtney’s deep commitment to community impact and advocacy drives her ongoing efforts to support women in overcoming adversity and reaching their full potential.
